Job Description

The Corporate Marketing Director is responsible for setting the corporate marketing strategy and providing marketing infrastructures and services, with an emphasis on digital ones, to all of Lumenis’ business units and regional organizations. The Corporate Marketing Director is responsible for creating effective marketing programs and tools that drive brand equity, sales growth and effective ROI. The Director will lead the Corporate Marketing team, which consists of several marketing managers serving the different business units and providing web and digital services.

Corporate marketing goal is to build the Lumenis brand equity amongst investors, partners, customers and consumers in order to improve our market position, business results and market value. Corporate marketing serves the Lumenis business units and regions by delivering a coherent and innovative brand presence that communicates Lumenis key excellence values and positions it above all other competitors. The team will focus on creating high impact, measurable marketing programs and campaigns to drive sales growth and ROI with a focus on digital marketing innovation.

The marketing programs will enable Lumenis businesses to support a premium positioning and offer more value and services to our customers and consumers. In addition, corporate marketing should focus on corporate brand development, including media & investor relations, PR and by being in places where innovative companies should be visible, to help with company positioning also towards investors and general public

Main Duties

  • Drive the Lumenis brand presence online and offline, by establishing effective marketing infrastructures and campaigns that will be deployed across all products and regions
  • Be the focal point for everything related to marketing at Lumenis. Provide guidance and feedback to all product and regional teams starting from product propositions to campaign materials.
  • Lead Lumenis’ digital strategy, activities and online presence: responsible for websites development and performance, share of voice online and lead generation through organic and paid efforts on PPC, social, inbound marketing
  • Responsible for Corporate and Divisional branding – B2B2C. Maintain, develop and refresh and Lumenis brand book and work with the regional and product teams on a coherent implementation to ensure a coherent brand presence on all touch points
  • Responsible for deployment of Lumenis’ partners portal to ensure deployment of marketing and training materials in the best way possible to employees and partners
  • Create the Lumenis next level CRM program including a new customer portal, mining of insights from salesforce.com and more
  • Manage the Corporate Marketing team including the web team, divisional marketing managers, marketing automation, training and marketing support. Oversee all projects, provide guidance to the team members on ongoing topics and tackle obstacles to drive successful completion.
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage the Lumenis brand and promote its products offline and online, and agree with the regional/BU management on prioritization and execution.
  • Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences

Requirements

  • BA/BSc and MBA or advanced degree, of which at least one should be in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
  • Proven experience of technology B2B international marketing leadership experience, with a focus on digital/online marketing
  • Proven experience and measurable results in digital marketing strategy and execution, including website development/optimization, digital analytics, managing and optimizing successful digital lead generation programs on SEO, PPC, social and more
  • An eye for design and detail
  • Good team management skills: ability to ensure execution while listening to the team and leveraging their knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrated ability in managing contractors/suppliers such as website developers, graphic designers, content developers
  • Experience in the medical device industry or pharma – an advantage
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proven effectiveness in maintaining effective communication to all stakeholders
