Harel Beit-On
Mr. Beit-On joined Lumenis as Chairman of the Board in December 2006. Mr. Beit-On is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of management leadership experience. Harel is a General Partner with Viola Partners, a leading innovative private equity investment group focused on technology-based growth opportunities in Israel with over $1.5 Billion under management. Prior to joining Viola Partners, Mr. Beit-On was President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Tecnomatix Technologies (NASDAQ: TCNO). Under his leadership, Tecnomatix became a leader in Manufacturing Process Management Software Systems, establishing an impressive customer base of over 5,000 of the world's top manufacturers and key strategic alliances with industry leaders. During his eight-year tenure, the Company grew to $100 million in revenues and more than 650 employees. Mr. Beit-On led the successful sale of Tecnomatix to UGS, a global leader in the Product Lifecycle Management, for $228 million in 2005. Mr. Beit-On is Chairman of the Board of CogniTens and Pulsar and he serves on the Board of Directors of Red Bend, Shunra, Optimal Test, Clarizen and MyThings. Mr. Beit-On is a frequent lecturer in Hi-Tech conferences in Israel and abroad. He holds an MBA degree from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).

Eugene Davis
Eugene I. Davis joined Lumenis’ Board of Directors in April 2007. Mr. Davis is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PIRINATE Consulting Group LLC, a privately-held consulting firm specializing in turn-around management, merger and acquisition consulting, hostile and friendly takeovers, proxy contests and strategic planning advisory services for domestic and international public and private business entities. Prior to founding PIRINATE in 1997, Mr. Davis served as President, Vice Chairman and Director of Emerson Radio Corp, and CEO and Vice Chairman of Sport Supply Group, Inc. Mr. Davis began his career as an attorney and international negotiator with Exxon Corporation and Standard Oil Company (Indiana), and as a partner in two Texas-based law firms where he specialized in corporate/securities law, international transactions and restructuring advisory. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree in International Politics and International Law, as well as a Juris Doctor Degree, all from Columbia University. Mr. Davis is a member of the Texas Bar Association.

Yoav Doppelt
Mr. Doppelt joined Lumenis' Board of Directors in December 2006. Mr. Doppelt has served Ofer High-Tech from its inception in 1997, defining its vision and formulating methodologies. Since 1996, Mr. Doppelt held various finance and managerial positions in the Ofer Brothers Group, and has led several exit deals for the company. He has served as Director in Tower Semiconductors (Nasdaq:TSEM) and IMI (Israel Chemical's R&D Institution), and as an active chairman of Enzynotech. In addition, Mr. Doppelt is an active board member for Yozma Venture Capital and involved in numerous investments within Israel's private equity and high-tech arena. Mr. Doppelt holds a Bachelor degree from the faculty of Industrial Management at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from Haifa University, Israel.

Naftali Idan
Mr. Idan has served as Ceragon's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2004. Prior to joining Ceragon, from 2000 to 2001 Mr. Idan was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Floware Wireless Systems Ltd., and from 1993 to 1999 he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd. Before joining Tecnomatix, Mr. Idan was with Optrotech Ltd. (now Orbotech Ltd.) from 1985 to 1992, where he held several positions in finance, the last one being Vice President, Finance & Administration of its US subsidiary. Prior to that, Mr. Idan served in various financial roles in both US and Israeli firms. Mr. Idan received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel, an M.B.A. from De Paul University in Chicago, and is a certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Talia Livni
Mrs. Livni joined Lumenis' Board of Directors in December 2006. Since 2002, Advocate Livni has served as the President of Naamat, The Movement for the Advancement of Status of Women. Throughout her professional career, Adv. Livni a held progressive internal and external legal advisory roles for several entities, which include: the Israeli General Federation of Labor, the Israeli Ministry of Defense, RAFAEL Israel Armament Development Authority Ltd., and Tecnomatix Technologies. In addition, Ms. Livni led the Human Resources Division of the Israeli Ministry of Defense for a period of time. Adv. Livni holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the Hebrew University, a Master degree in Political Science from Haifa University, and is a graduate of the National Security College.

Arie Weisberg
Arie Weisberg was appointed as a director of Lumenis in December 2011. Mr. Weisberg served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Orbotech Ltd. from May 2006 to June 2009. He previously served in a number of senior positions at Orbotech Ltd. from joining the company in 1991, including Co-President for Global Resources from 2002 to 2006, Executive Vice President for Global Resources from 2000 to 2002 and Corporate Executive Vice President for Global Resources and Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Weisberg serves as a member of the board of directors of Orbotech Ltd. and Advanced Vision Technology Ltd. and acts as an advisor to various companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Shlomo Yanai
Mr. Shlomo Yanai joined the Board of Directors of Lumenis in December 2012. Mr. Yanai is currently the vice chairman of the Board of Cambrex corporation. Mr Yanai served as President and CEO of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. from 2007 until mid-2012. Prior to joining Teva, he was President and CEO of Makhteshim-Agan Industries Ltd. from 2003 until 2006. He has also served as director of Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M., LycoRed Natural Products Industries Ltd. and I.T.L. Optronics Ltd. Mr. Yanai is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Bar-Ilan University and the International Advisory Board, M.B.A. Program of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and is also an honorary member of the Board of the Institute for Policy and Strategy of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzlia, Israel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Tel Aviv University, a master’s degree in national resources management from George Washington University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School and U.S. National War College (NDU). Mr. Yanai was the recipient of the Max Perlman Award for Excellence in Global Business Management (Tel Aviv University) in 2005 and was awarded an honorary doctorate by Bar-Ilan University in 2012.
