Premium Service Contract
The Premium Service Contract provides comprehensive coverage, including all costs for emergency service, travel expenses and service parts including the laser tube and lamps (excludes IPL heads). This contract also includes a guarenteed two-business day response for ‘machine-down’ emergencies, as well as two preventative maintenance visits during the contract period.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Annual Maintenance Contracts cover a single targeted repair cost, some of these include:
- All parts and labor
- Two PMs per year
- Includes all travel cost
- Response time commitments
- Software updates
- Hardware ECO's
- Safety updates
- Full safety inspections, calibration and alignments on each visit
