Tzipi Ozer-Armon 
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ms. Tzipi Ozer-Armon, CEO of Lumenis, joined the company in May 2012. Before joining Lumenis, Ms. Ozer-Armon headed the Japanese market activities of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA), a business with a turnover of more than $800M. Prior to that, Ms. Ozer-Armon served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SanDisk (Nasdaq:SNDK), having multi-billion dollars sales’ responsibility; she also served as VP & General Manager of MSystems (Nasdaq: FLSH), and as VP of Corporate Development at Comverse (Nasdaq: CMVT). Ms. Ozer-Armon’s impressive career also includes four years at ATKearney, a Global Management Consulting company based in London, UK. Ms. Ozer-Armon holds a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Tel Aviv University, an MBA majoring in Finance and Marketing, and she is an AMP graduate of the Harvard Business School.

Shlomi Cohen 
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Shlomi Cohen, has been appointed to CFO of Lumenis in November 2015, after serving as Lumenis’ Director of Finance and Operations for the EMEA region since June 2014. Prior to joining Lumenis and during 2011 to 2014, Shlomi served as Chief Financial Officer at Emblaze (LSE: BLZ), a global group of companies with a wide range of technology, software solutions, and services. Prior thereto, from to 2008 to 2010, he served as the Corporate Controller at Emblaze and Formula Systems (NASDAQ: FORTY), and as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 2005 to 2008. Shlomi holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Roy Ramati
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Regional President, EMEA

Mr. Roy Ramati, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Regional President, EMEA, joined Lumenis in June 2012. Roy brings to his role vast management and entrepreneurial experience. Before joining Lumenis, Roy served as VP & GM of the Enterprise Division at SanDisk Corp. and before that as VP Operations and Manager of the Memory Cards Business at Msystems, Roy was the founder and Co-CEO of the Fantine Group, a provider of business development services in Europe and a Venture Capital Fund. Mr. Ramati also served as a management consultant at Shaldor, Israel's top management consulting firm. Mr. Ramati holds an MBA from the London Business School, and a BA from Tel Aviv University.

Hadas Padan 
Vice President & General Manager, Medical Division

Ms. Hadas Padan, Vice President & General Manager of the Medical Division, joined Lumenis in December 2013. Before joining Lumenis, Hadas served as Director of Product Management and Strategic Development at the Healthcare Information Solutions division of Carestream – a ~$200m business unit within the $2.3b privately-held company in the field of medical imaging systems and IT solutions. In that role Hadas managed an international group and held direct responsibility over product and business management, medical advisory board & KOL relationships, global product positioning, go-to-market strategy, oversaw R&D plans, and more. Prior to Carestream, Hadas served as Director of Product Management at Kodak health's Imaging Division. Hadas holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering (magna cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University.

Osnat Philipp 
Vice President and General Manager, Aesthetic Division

Ms. Osnat Philipp, Vice President and General Manager of the Aesthetic Division joined Lumenis in March 2016. Osnat has extensive experience in the fields of healthcare and marketing, with more than 20 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TEVA), where she held several positions in the areas of Commercial Operations and Product Management. In her last role stationed in Europe, Osnat led the Global Franchise of PGT Healthcare, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Teva, for branding, marketing and sales of over the counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals. Prior to the joint venture, Osnat served as Teva’s VP of Commercial Operations in Asia & Pacific, where she was responsible for regional activity including portfolio management, performance improvement, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and more. Osnat holds a BA in Physics from Tel Aviv University, as well as a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University.

Ezi Hayon
Vice President & General Manager, Global Service & Consumables Division

Mr. Ezi Hayon, Vice President & General Manager of the Global Service & Consumables Division joined Lumenis in October 2014. Ezi brings over 15 years of solid business experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Lumenis, he served for 7 years as Executive Director of Product Management at McKesson (NYSE: MCK), an American Healthcare company with over $120 Billion in annual revenue. At McKesson Ezi was responsible for the company’s Cardiology product line, including marketing, forecasting, product roadmap planning, and strategic projects. Before that, he served as Project Manager at GE Healthcare (NYSE: GE) in the company’s MRI division, leading and managing variety of software development projects in a multi-disciplinary environment. Ezi’s career in the healthcare field began at ESC, one of the key companies that later merged into forming today’s Lumenis. Ezi, who is a fully-trained military medic, holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Haifa University in Israel; and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin, in Madison, US.

Qiying Zhai
Senior Vice President & Regional President, APAC & Japan

Mr. Zhai Qiying, Senior Vice President & Regional President of Lumenis APAC & Japan Region joined the company in 2001. Before joining Lumenis, Mr. Qiying held senior management positions with the Coherent Medical Group in his region, and joined Lumenis with the company’s ESC/Sharplan merger. Mr. Qiying started Lumenis’ Ophthalmic business in China in 1992 and has been with Lumenis since that time responsible for Lumenis’ China/APAC region.

Brad Oliver
Vice President & Regional President, Americas

Mr. Brad Oliver joined Lumenis in 2005 as an Area Sales Manager in San Diego. In 2007, Brad was promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager in the Western US. Thanks to his achievements, Brad was offered to join Lumenis APAC to establish a new direct sales office in Australia & New Zealand. Brad and his team significantly advanced Australia and made it one of the top revenue contributing countries for Lumenis. In 2014 Brad returned to the US as the Vice President of sales and marketing for Lumenis America’s Aesthetic sales division, and one year later was promoted to VP & Regional President of the Americas. Prior to working with Lumenis, Brad held many management positions with the Gallo Wine Company. Brad holds a B.Sc. degree in Communications from the University of San Diego.

Amir Lichter
Vice President, Global R&D

Amir Lichter, VP Global R&D, joined Lumenis in 2012. He brings nearly 16 years of experience in R&D and product development processes. Amir possesses vast technical experience in Networking and Medical architectures and took part in research activities together with academia and hospitals. Prior to joining Lumenis he served for 9 years as R&D Director for General-Electric (GE) Healthcare. Prior to that, he worked for Charlotte’s-Web-Networks for 4 years, managing the SW department, and responsible for developing a Core-Router for Internet data traffic. Amir also worked for Elbit Systems for 4 years leading software development efforts. Amir holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BA degree in Computer Science – both from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. In addition, he holds an Executive MBA degree from the Haifa University.


Yuval Shani
Vice President, Global Operations

Mr. Yuval Shani joined Lumenis in July, 2014. Yuval joined Lumenis from CheckPoint Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in Internet and Network Security. At CheckPoint, Yuval headed Global Operations & Manufacturing for over a $1.3 Billion business. Prior to CheckPoint, Yuval worked at Microsemi Corporation (NASDAQ: MSCC) as VP Operations and GM of the company’s Israeli site. Yuval brings to Lumenis vast experience in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management in multiple industries and with leading business organizations, such as PowerDsine, Nice Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) and 3Com. Yuval, a qualified Electronics Practical Engineer, holds a B.A. degree (cum laude) in Economics & Management, and an MBA degree, specializing in Financing – both from Manchester University.

Ido Warshavski 
Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary; Acting VP RA/QS

Mr. Ido Warshavski, Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and acting VP of RA/QS, joined Lumenis in December 2014. Mr. Warshavski brings to Lumenis extensive and diversified legal experience in private and corporate environments. Prior to joining Lumenis he served for a decade as the chief legal officer (most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary) of Given Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: GIVN) – the pioneer of capsule endoscopy and a world leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of medical devices in the gastrointestinal field. At Given Imaging, Mr. Warshavski had built and managed the global legal/IP & compliance function with responsibility over all legal, intellectual property and compliance activities. Prior to Given Imaging, Mr. Warshavski served for 5 years as a corporate attorney in the New York law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, working primarily in the areas of securities laws, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and providing general corporate law services to companies, with emphasis on the medical device field. Mr. Warshavski holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree from Duke University School of Law at Durham, North Carolina, US, and a Bachelor’s of Laws (LL.B) degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the College of Management School of Law, Tel Aviv, Israel. He is a member of the Israeli Bar Association (1997), the New York State Bar (1999), and the Association of Corporate Counsel (2004).

Ayelet Peled 
Vice President, Global Human Resources

Ms. Ayelet Peled, VP Global Human Resources, joined Lumenis in May, 2014. Prior to joining Lumenis, Ayelet served for 3.5 years as Global VP Human Resources at Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT), a publically-traded capital equipment company operating in the PCB and Semiconductor markets. Before that she served for 10 years at NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE), a publically-traded software company in the telecom and analytics industry. During her extensive tenure with NICE Systems Ayelet fulfilled various HR leadership roles – most recent of which was that of HR Director for NICE Israel and NICE Global Security Division. Ayelet holds a BA degree in Social Sciences from the Tel Aviv University; and she also pursued graduate studies towards an MBA degree, with specialization in organizational behavior.
