Tzipi Ozer-Armon 
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ms. Tzipi Ozer-Armon, CEO of Lumenis, joined the company in May 2012.  Prior to joining Lumenis, Ms. Ozer-Armon headed the Japanese market activities of  Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA), a business of over $800M.  Previously, Ms. Ozer-Armon served as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing at SanDisk (Nasdaq:SNDK) with multi-billion dollars sales’ responsibility, VP General Manager of MSystems (Nasdaq: FLSH), and VP of Corporate Development at Comverse (Nasdaq: CMVT).  Ms. Ozer-Armon’s impressive career includes four years at ATKearney, a Global Management Consulting company based in London, UK.  Ms. Ozer-Armnon holds a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA majoring in Finance and Marketing.

Ophir Yakovian 
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Ophir Yakovian CFO of Lumenis, has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 1, 2012. Before joining Lumenis, Mr. Yakovian served as Vice President - Finance, for Verint Systems Inc., a global leader in Actionable Intelligence solutions and value-added services, from 2006. Prior thereto, he served as Corporate Controller at Metalink Ltd. From 2001 to 2006 and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Yakovian holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting and a master's degree in business economics from Bar-Ilan University, Israel, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Roy Ramati
Vice President & General Manager, Aesthetic SBU

Mr. Roy Ramati, Vice President & General Manager of the Aesthetic Strategic Business Unit, joined Lumenis in June 2012. Roy brings to his role vast management and entrepreneurial experience. Before joining Lumenis, Roy served as VP & GM of the Enterprise Division at SanDisk Corp. and before that as VP Operations and Manager of the Memory Cards Business at Msystems, Roy was the founder and Co-CEO of the Fantine Group, a provider of business development services in Europe and a Venture Capital Fund. Mr. Ramati also served as a management consultant at Shaldor, Israel's top management consulting firm. Mr. Ramati holds an MBA from the London Business School, and a BA from Tel Aviv University.

Ezi Hayon
Vice President & General Manager, Surgical SBU

Mr. Ezi Hayon, Vice President & General Manager of the Surgical SBU joined Lumenis in October 2014. Ezi brings over 15 years of solid business experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Lumenis, he served for 7 years as Executive Director of Product Management at McKesson (NYSE: MCK), an American Healthcare company with over $120 Billion in annual revenue. At McKesson Ezi was responsible for the company’s Cardiology product line, including marketing, forecasting, product roadmap planning, and strategic projects. Before that, he served as Project Manager at GE Healthcare (NYSE: GE) in the company’s MRI division, leading and managing variety of software development projects in a multi-disciplinary environment. Ezi’s career in the healthcare field began at ESC, one of the key companies that later merged into forming today’s Lumenis. Ezi, who is a fully-trained military medic, holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Haifa University in Israel; and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin, in Madison, US.

Hadas Padan 
Vice President & General Manager, Vision SBU

Ms. Hadas Padan, Vice President & General Manager of the Vision (Ophthalmology) Strategic Business Unit, joined Lumenis in December 2013. Before joining Lumenis, Hadas served as Director of Product Management and Strategic Development at the Healthcare Information Solutions division of Carestream – a ~$200m business unit within the $2.3b privately-held company in the field of medical imaging systems and IT solutions. In that role Hadas managed an international group and held direct responsibility over product and business management, medical advisory board & KOL relationships, global product positioning, go-to-market strategy, oversaw R&D plans, and more. Prior to Carestream, Hadas served as Director of Product Management at Kodak health's Imaging Division. Hadas holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering (magna cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University.

Qiying Zhai
SVP and Regional President, Lumenis China and APAC

Mr. Zhai Qiying, SVP and President of Lumenis China/APAC Region joined the company in 2001. Before joining Lumenis, Mr. Qiying held senior management positions with the Coherent Medical Group in his region, and joined Lumenis with the company’s  ESC/Sharplan merger. Mr. Qiying started Lumenis’ Ophthalmic business in China in 1992 and has been with Lumenis since that time responsible for Lumenis’ China/APAC region.

Kevin McGann
Vice President & Regional President, Americas

Mr. Kevin McGann, President of the Americas, joined the company in December 2013. Kevin is a seasoned business executive with nearly 30 years of commercial and leadership experience in the medical device industry. Before joining Lumenis, Kevin served as Vice President Sales, U.S. Spine, Biologics, and Operations, holding direct responsibility over $1.8 Billion in annual revenue. , 10 Regional VP reports, 18 Independent distributors and over 1,100 person field sales force. Prior to that, he served as Area VP at Medtronic, and before that as Regional VP where he oversaw 8 States and revenue responsibility of over $200 Million. Kevin holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, Pennsylvania, USA.

Hiromitsu Kashihara
Vice President & Regional President, Japan

Mr. Hiromitsu Kashihara, Corporate VP & Regional President of Lumenis Japan, joined the company in January 2015. Mr. Kashihara brings to Lumenis extensive business experience in the medical device field in Japan and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Lumenis he served for seven years as Vice President and General Manager of Medtronic’s cardiovascular business in Japan, a business with a turnover in excess of $300M per annum. Before that he served as the Business Director of Medtronic’s ENT & Neurology businesses in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to Medtronic, Mr. Kashihara served for several years in various marketing and product leadership roles at Baxter Japan, and before that he served for more than a decade as a Senior Scientist at Procter & Gamble – focusing on healthcare, oral care, personal beauty & cosmetics. Mr. Kashihara holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Organic Chemistry from Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan.

Eran Pintel
Vice President and Regional President, EMEA

Mr. Eran Pintel, Vice President and Regional President, EMEA, joined Lumenis in January 2015.
Mr. Pintel brings over 17 years of Sales, Marketing and business leadership experience at Ham-Let Advanced Control Technologies (TASE: HAML). During the past 11 years at Ham-Let, Mr. Pintel served as an Executive Member in the company’s Management Team. In that role he was directly responsible for Sales and Marketing, and for developing the company’s strategy and overseeing its implementation. He also played an instrumental role in growing the company in excess of $100 Million. Mr. Pintel holds a BA degree in Business Management from Haifa University in Israel; and he also completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). Further, he is a fully trained paramedic and an Aircraft Electronics Technician.

Yuval Shani
Vice President, Global Operations

Mr. Yuval Shani joined Lumenis in July, 2014. Yuval joined Lumenis from CheckPoint Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in Internet and Network Security. At CheckPoint, Yuval headed Global Operations & Manufacturing for over a $1.3 Billion business. Prior to CheckPoint, Yuval worked at Microsemi Corporation (NASDAQ: MSCC) as VP Operations and GM of the company’s Israeli site. Yuval brings to Lumenis vast experience in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management in multiple industries and with leading business organizations, such as PowerDsine, Nice Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) and 3Com. Yuval, a qualified Electronics Practical Engineer, holds a B.A. degree (cum laude) in Economics & Management, and an MBA degree, specializing in Financing – both from Manchester University.

Ayelet Peled 
Vice President, Global Human Resources

Ms. Ayelet Peled, VP Global Human Resources, joined Lumenis in May, 2014. Prior to joining Lumenis, Ayelet served for 3.5 years as Global VP Human Resources at Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT), a publically-traded capital equipment company operating in the PCB and Semiconductor markets. Before that she served for 10 years at NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE), a publically-traded software company in the telecom and analytics industry. During her extensive tenure with NICE Systems Ayelet fulfilled various HR leadership roles – most recent of which was that of HR Director for NICE Israel and NICE Global Security Division. Ayelet holds a BA degree in Social Sciences from the Tel Aviv University; and she also pursued graduate studies towards an MBA degree, with specialization in organizational behavior.

Kfir Azoulay 
Vice President, Corporate Marketing

Mr. Kfir Azoulay, Vice President Marketing, joined Lumenis in January 2001. He brings 15 years of solid global experience in the medical device and healthcare industry. During his extensive tenure with the company he has held various management and leadership positions in different areas and geographic locations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Azoulay served for 3 years as Vice President & General Manager of the company’s Ophthalmology Business. Before that, Mr. Azoulay served as Head of Global Marketing for the Ophthalmology Business; and prior to that he held various Marketing, Commercial and Operations leadership roles in different locations around the world. Mr. Azoulay, who is fluent in four languages, studied Cognitive Sciences; and he also successfully completed the ophthalmic science program (BCSCO) at Columbia University in NY. He currently is also pursuing a Masters’ degree at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ido Warshavski 
Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Ido Warshavski, Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, joined Lumenis in December 2014. Mr. Warshavski brings to Lumenis extensive and diversified legal experience in private and corporate environments. Prior to joining Lumenis he served for a decade as the chief legal officer (most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary) of Given Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: GIVN) – the pioneer of capsule endoscopy and a world leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of medical devices in the gastrointestinal field. At Given Imaging, Mr. Warshavski had built and managed the global legal/IP & compliance function with responsibility over all legal, intellectual property and compliance activities. Prior to Given Imaging, Mr. Warshavski served for 5 years as a corporate attorney in the New York law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, working primarily in the areas of securities laws, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and providing general corporate law services to companies, with emphasis on the medical device field. Mr. Warshavski holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree from Duke University School of Law at Durham, North Carolina, US, and a Bachelor’s of Laws (LL.B) degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the College of Management School of Law, Tel Aviv, Israel. He is a member of the Israeli Bar Association (1997), the New York State Bar (1999), and the Association of Corporate Counsel (2004).

Amir Lichter
Vice President, Global R&D

Amir Lichter, VP Global R&D, joined Lumenis in 2012. He brings nearly 16 years of experience in R&D and product development processes. Amir possesses vast technical experience in Networking and Medical architectures and took part in research activities together with academia and hospitals. Prior to joining Lumenis he served for 9 years as R&D Director for General-Electric (GE) Healthcare. Prior to that, he worked for Charlotte’s-Web-Networks for 4 years, managing the SW department, and responsible for developing a Core-Router for Internet data traffic. Amir also worked for Elbit Systems for 4 years leading software development efforts. Amir holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BA degree in Computer Science – both from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. In addition, he holds an Executive MBA degree from the Haifa University.

Eran Cohen
Vice President, Global Service

Mr. Eran Cohen, VP Global Service, joined Lumenis in December 2012. Prior to his current role he served as VP Global Operations at Lumenis. Before joining Lumenis, Eran served as VP Operations for a period of 4 years at Cadent Ltd, a leading provider of 3D digital CAD/CAM solutions for the orthodontic and dental industries (acquired by Align Technologies in 2011). Prior to that, Eran was VP Operations at NUR Macroprinters, a leading producer and supplier of wide-format inkjet printers for the printing industry (which merged with HP Scitex in 2007). Before that Eran worked 6 years for Orbotech, first as Director of Corporate Logistics, and later as VP Finance and Operations in Orbotech Japan. Eran holds an executive MBA from Recanati School of Business and a BSc in Economics and Management from the Technion.

Rick Gaykowski 
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality

Mr. Rick Gaykowski, Global Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems, joined Lumenis in April 2010.  Before joining Lumenis Mr. Gaykowski served as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Bard Access Systems, Inc., and prior to that held the positions of Vice President, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance with the Precision Vascular business unit of Boston Scientific; Precision Vascular Systems, Inc.; InnerDyne, Inc. and Director and Manager of Regulatory Affairs/Quality Systems with CardioPulmonics, Inc. Mr. Gaykowski holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and Health from the University of Utah.
