Dov Ofer
Dov Ofer joined Lumenis as Chief Executive Officer in April 2007. Prior to his appointment at Lumenis, Mr. Ofer served as Corporate VP and General Manager of HP-Scitex. Until the acquisition by HP, Mr. Ofer served as the President & CEO of Scitex Vision Ltd., and previously managed Matan Digital Printing, one of the pioneering companies in the super-wide format printing industry. Dov Ofer holds an MBA degree from University of California at Berkeley and a BA degree in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Aviram Steinhart
Aviram Steinhart joined Lumenis as Chief Financial Officer in December 2007. Before joining Lumenis Mr. Steinhart served as Corporate Vice President Finance at Alvarion Ltd (NASDAQ: ALVR) a world leading provider of WiMAX and wireless broadband solutions. Prior to joining Alvarion, Mr. Steinhart held several senior financial positions in both US and Israeli technology companies, including Unigraphic Solution, a leading global provider of product lifecycle management, and Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd., a leading company in software solutions for manufacturing. Mr. Steinhart has a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lloyd Diamond
Lloyd Diamond, President Lumenis EMEA effective January 2010, served as Sr. VP and General Manager of Lumenis’ Surgical and Vision businesses since joining the company in April 2007. In his capacity as President of Lumenis Europe, Mr. Diamond is responsible for managing Lumenis’ Europe Middle East and Africa Regions. Mr. Diamond’s professional experience includes over 18 years in medical device marketing and prior to his position at Lumenis he served as Laserscope’s Vice President of Urology Marketing. Lloyd has held several marketing and management positions which included international responsibilities at leading medical global companies. He has successfully managed change in both turn-around and start-up business situations. Lloyd holds a BS Degree in Biochemistry and Marketing, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.

Robert Mann
Robert Mann, Sr. VP and General Manager of Lumenis’ Aesthetic Business joined the company in January 2007. A seasoned executive with extensive background in sales, marketing and business development, Mr. Mann has enjoyed a highly successful career spanning over 25 years. Until recently Robert Mann was President of Lumenis America, and prior to joining Lumenis, held the positions of Group Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Aesthetic and Surgical Products, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America of Laserscope. Prior to joining Laserscope, Robert was National Director of Sales and Operations at a leading national chain of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Centers.

Caroline Coyle
Caroline Coyle, Sr. VP and General Manager of Lumenis’ Surgical Business, joined the company in January 2010. Ms. Coyle is responsible for managing Lumenis’ Surgical business worldwide. Caroline Coyle’s professional experience includes over 17 years in the development of effective global healthcare expansion strategies, and comes to Lumenis with a wealth of cross functional leadership skills in marketing, product innovation and complex global sales channel management. Caroline recently served as General Manager of Global Anesthesia and Critical Care with GE Healthcare, and prior to that she held senior management positions at Bristol Meyers Squibb and Baxter, leading medical global companies. Caroline holds a Bachelors in Science Degree and Masters in Business Administration from Trinity College, Dublin.

Qiying Zhai
Mr. Zhai, currently President, Lumenis China and APAC, joined Lumenis in 2001 as part of the Coherent Medical Group and ESC/Sharplan merger. He started China’s Coherent Medical operation in 1992, and managed it through the merger with ESC/Sharplan.

Alex Tanaka
Mr. Tanaka joined Lumenis as President of Lumenis Japan in June 2007, and brings to the company many years of experience in sales and business development within the medical equipment industry. Prior to joining Lumenis, Mr. Tanaka served as Operating Officer of Fukuda Denshi in Japan for Global Operations; and as President of Fukuda USA in Seattle, Fukuda UK in London, Kontron Medical in France. Mr. Tanaka also served in various managerial positions for GE Medical Systems Asia, such as Acting Director of BMD Lunar Business, Clinical Value Creation Group, and as Product Manager of the Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging Division. Mr. Tanaka is a graduate of Aichi Prefectural University in Japan.

Mickey Segev
Mickey Segev, EVP Lumenis Global Operations, IT and Service, joined the company in October 2007. Prior to joining Lumenis, Mr. Segev held various senior positions with General Electric (GE) Healthcare based in the USA, amongst these Head of the Global Processes and Operations for the Life-Sciences Division leading the integration of the former Amersham group into GE, and General Manager of Global Fulfillment and Global Supply Chain Operations at GE Medical Systems. Prior to joining GE, Mickey was with ELGEMS (formally Elscint) in Haifa, Israel, where he served in diverse roles in Customer Support, Marketing and Operations. Mr. Segev holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Industrial Management and a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering, all from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

William Weisel
Mr. Weisel joined Lumenis in June 2007 as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. During the 15 years prior to joining Lumenis, he served as Counsel to Steel Hector & Davis in Israel, Vice President and General Counsel for Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd, and General Counsel of ADC Teledata Ltd and of Scitex Corporation Ltd. Prior to that, Bill worked in a Los Angeles law firm for several years as a litigator. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, Bill is a member of both the State Bar of California and the Israel Bar.

Shlomo Alkalay
Shlomo Alkalay was appointed Lumenis’ Vice President of Corporate Projects in August 2009. Mr. Alkalay joined Lumenis in 2002 as Vice President of IT - Chief Information Officer (CIO) and led the company’s Global IT Operations until March 2004, when he assumed the position of Vice President of Global Manufacturing, managing global Lumenis production activities followed by the assignment of Vice President of Global Service in April 2007 leading technical support processes. Prior to joining Lumenis, Mr. Alkalay served as the Vice President of Business Development for Israel’s largest commercial and naval fleet supplier. He also served in the Israeli Navy for 24 years, lastly as a Commander managing large-scale industrial and manufacturing engineering projects. Mr. Alkalay holds a BSC Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology with honors, and an MBA from Haifa University.

Rick Gaykowski
Rick Gaykowski joined Lumenis in April 2010 as Global Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems. Prior to joining Lumenis Mr. Gaykowski served from 2007 to 2009 as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Bard Access Systems, Inc., a leading division of C.R. Bard, where he was responsible for global regulatory strategies, oversight and submissions for the division, as well as direct interface with global regulatory authorities. Previously, he held the positions of Vice President, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance with the Precision Vascular business unit of Boston Scientific from 2004 to 2007; Vice President, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance with Precision Vascular Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2004; Vice President, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Systems of InnerDyne, Inc. (acquired by Tyco International, Inc., now Covidien) from 1994 to 2001; and Director and Manager of Regulatory Affairs/Quality Systems with CardioPulmonics, Inc. from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Gaykowski holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences and health from the University of Utah.
