Premium Service Agreement

The Premium Service Agreement is a comprehensive agreement covering all costs for emergency service, travel expenses and service parts including the laser tube and lamps (excludes IPL heads). This agreement includes a two-business day response for ‘machine-down’ emergencies, with guarantee; and two preventative maintenance visits provided during the contract period.

Standard Service Agreement

The Standard Service Agreement includes a one-week response (seven days) and two preventative maintenance visits provided during the contract period.

Available for all our current product lines, field service agreements provide you the following to protect your investment:

  • Predetermined costs for service
