Full-service contract owners enjoy the benefits of the following comprehensive package:

• Minimize downtime with our exclusive loaner program. Report your service need by 3:00 p.m. PST and receive a loaner by 11:00 a.m. the next business day, anywhere in the continental United States serviced by Federal Express
• All parts and labor are covered, including dropped hand pieces
• All shipping expenses are covered
• Your laser will be inspected, analyzed, quality tested and thoroughly cleaned to assure that it is operating properly and efficiently; Quality improvement upgrades will be provided as necessary while your system is in for service

Our Guarantee

If, for any reason, you do not receive your loaner unit as promised, you will receive a one-month extension on your service contract.
